Revenue RED built the MobiTask app as a free app. The app is used by companies to enable field workers to complete predefined tasks. An example of a task could be to do regular inspections on equipment. This service is provided by Revenue RED and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform users regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The information that we collect is used to verify that the field worker jobs were carried out correctly by the field worker. We will not use or share this information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information Collection and Use

a. Camera: The MobiTask app uses the camera capability on your mobile device to capture images where field workers need to take pictures of, for example, faults or proof of delivery. These images taken by the field worker are uploaded to a central repository.

b. GPS Location: The MobiTask app uses GPS capabilities on your mobile device to verify that the field worker was in the correct place at the time that the job was done. We collect and store this information only for the purpose of providing the intended functionality of the app. Your GPS location data will not be shared with any third parties unless required by law.

c. Storage: The MobiTask app uses a database to store and retrieve the field worker jobs and results in local storage.

2. Cookies

We do not use cookies to collect any personal information within the app.

3. Security

The MobiTask app does not access any personal information from your mobile device.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18. We do not collect personally identifiable information from children under 18.
